In December 2020. TEKO FILTER Ltd. has carried out the next shipment of equipment for the Kursk nuclear power plant under construction.

The delivery included filters-traps AFL-0.6-2.0 (4 pcs.), AFL-0.4-1.6 (1 pc.) And two filter meshes.

The filters are made of stainless steel 12X18H10T and will be installed in the block desalination plant of the 1st power unit.

The design of the equipment fully complies with the requirements of NP-001-15.

Inside the filters there are filter elements FEL TS with a 0.1 mm slot of a wire-frame construction "TEKO-SLOT", developed by our company specifically for use at nuclear power plants.

For the safety of transportation and storage, the filters are painted with a special coating and packed in a shrink film.

The equipment passed the customer's inspection during the manufacturing process, and also passed the incoming inspection at the Kursk NPP-2 without comment.

At the moment, our company is manufacturing a similar batch of equipment for the 2nd power unit of Kursk NPP-2. Shipment is scheduled for August 2021.

Kursk NPP-2 is a nuclear power plant under construction in the village of Makarovka in the Kurchatovsky district of the Kursk region. It includes a replacement station and two power units with a capacity of 1255 MW each, which are being built according to the most advanced Russian nuclear power plant project.
