In July 2025, the manufacturing enterprise "TEKO-FILTER" completed a large project for the design and production of mechanical cleaning filters for one of the key enterprises of the oil refining industry — JSC "NNK-Khabarovsk Oil Refinery". Three mechanical cleaning filters FMO 800-1.0-720-0.5-V were shipped.

The products were designed taking into account the individual requirements of the customer and in strict accordance with the technical specifications, which included the following parameters:

• Capacity — 720 m³/h;
  • Working pressure — 1.0 MPa;
  • Operation of filters in outdoor conditions.

Particular attention was paid to the climatic performance of the equipment. To ensure stable operation in harsh weather conditions typical for the Far East region, an innovative thermal protection system was developed and implemented — a thermal cover made of siliconized fabric with internal electric heating. This solution allows for efficient operation of filters in winter without the risk of freezing of the medium and damage to the structure.

The filter body with a diameter of 800 mm is made of high-strength steel 09G2S. Inside, a FEL filter element is installed with the filtration direction "from the inside out", manufactured using TEKO-SLOT technology (frame-wire structure) with a slit size of 500 μm and a diameter of 500 mm.

One of the most important requirements from the Customer was to ensure flexibility during operation — the ability to quickly replace filter elements with varying degrees of purification. For this purpose, additional sets of replaceable filter elements with slits of 500, 1000, 2000 and 5000 μm were manufactured — 4 pieces of each type. This will allow the Customer to quickly adapt the equipment to changing process conditions.

The entire batch of equipment was carefully packed and successfully delivered to the city of Khabarovsk — having covered almost 8,000 km across Russia. The delivery took place without delays or damage, which confirms the high level of preparation for transportation.
