In October 2025, we delivered a unique equipment package for the reconstruction of the wastewater treatment plant in Sol-Iletsk (Orenburg Region). Under a municipal contract, TEKO-FILTER Manufacturing Company manufactured and shipped 11 sorption carbon filters with a diameter of 3000 mm. The equipment will operate at a new biological treatment plant with a capacity of 10,000 m³ per day. 

This is not just a supply – it is an engineering solution tailored to the unique requirements of the project.

Unlike standard filter designs, all the piping is located underneath to optimize space in the densely packed plant. To ensure reliable operation, our designers developed unique internal distribution units, essentially huge, dismountable filter elements called "TEKO-SLOT." They evenly distribute the flow and ensure maximum plant performance.

The FSU filters will be used in the final stage of the plant's treatment. The wastewater will be purified and safe for the environment.

Sol-Iletsk is a unique resort town in Russia. It is home to Lake Sol-Iletskoye, one of the world's largest natural salt lakes with healing mineral mud. The reconstruction of the treatment facility is more than just an infrastructure upgrade. It is a step toward preserving natural resources, reducing the risk of groundwater pollution, and improving the quality of life for thousands of residents.
