As part of our strategy for development and increased technological independence, TEKO-FILTER, LLC is expanding our production capabilities. We have launched a heat treatment facility equipped with two high-temperature furnaces.

These furnaces are designed for heat treatment of metal and alloy components and blanks in air at temperatures up to 1200°C. Thanks to the new, modern equipment, we are now able to carry out the full production cycle in-house: from component manufacturing to thermal hardening, which is necessary to ensure the required mechanical and operational characteristics.

 

The launch of the heat treatment facility allows us to:

• expand the range of manufactured products, including parts made from heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloys;
• reduce production times;
• improve product quality;
• strengthen control at all stages of the manufacturing process. 

This is an important step in the development of our production, opening up new opportunities for collaboration with companies in the oil and gas, chemical, energy, and other high-tech industries where the reliability and durability of filtration equipment are paramount.
