In August 2022 our company shipped a block of pressure filters with a capacity of 165 m³/hour to the address of the Volkhov branch of Apatit JSC.

Installation includes:

• Clarifying vertical filters FOV-3.4-0.6, developed according to the individual project of the customer, with an internal anti-corrosion coating, distribution devices and filter elements;
• Piping of the unit;
• A set of shut-off valves with electric drives and instrumentation for plant automation;
• Control cabinet based on Siemens controller and terminal boxes complete with cable products;
• Set of specialized filter loading for the first start-up of filters.

The equipment will be operated as part of the industrial wastewater treatment plant of JSC "Apatit", the city of Volkhov, Leningrad Region.

The design and manufacture of equipment was carried out by the specialists of our company in accordance with the terms of reference and all the requirements of the customer's questionnaire. All requirements for the design and configuration of equipment were fully taken into account.

The main task of this block of filters is to ensure the quality of purification of industrial wastewater to the required and acceptable levels. In this case, the full functioning of the equipment occurs in automatic mode.
The whole complex of equipment was successfully shipped to the Customer. In the near future, we expect our specialists to be invited to participate in the commissioning work.

The Volkhov branch of JSC Apatit (Volkhov Chemical Cluster of the PhosAgro Group) is the only Russian producer of sodium tripolyphosphate and one of the leaders in Russia in the production of mineral fertilizers.
